Arcade Arena in AFA08!

While checking AFA’s site today, I happen to come across a very interesting section of the AFA event.

It seems like they’ll be hosting an arcade competiton!

No no, arcade as in, platform fighting games. Like Street Fighters, King of Fighters whatnot. Not Time Crisis or something like that. Just the old joystick and mutliple coloured buttons.

The games that are being played are: Street Fighter 4, King of Fighter 98 and Tekken 6.

o 1st PRIZE: S$ 500 + Products worth S$ 800

o 2nd PRIZE: S$ 300 + Products worth S$ 500

o 3rd PRIZE: S$ 100 + Products worth S$ 300

o 4th PRIZE: S$ 70 + Products worth S$ 150

o 5th PRIZE: S$ 50 + Products worth S$ 100

o 6th – 8th PRIZE: Products worth up to S$ 30

Well, these are the prizes… maybe they’ll interest you guys a little! Even then, you could pit your skills against the more competitive players there!

Well, other than playing these platformer games, you could treat yourself to a nice game of racing simulation with Maximum Tune 3 and Initial D Ver.3!
