Capcom Announces Street Fighter Anime, Dead Rising Live-Action?!

You know, being a game company is pretty tough these days, and it’s no exception for even Capcom. Recently announced by them, it looks like Capcom is slowly slipping itself into the moving pictures industry with their upcoming Super Street Fighter 4 Anime, as well as a Dead Rising Live-Action!

The Super Street Fighter anime is not exactly a TV anime, but rather a one-shot project headed by Fuminori Kizaki from Gonzo. This particular special anime “episode” or something like that will be available on the Xbox 360 versions of Super Street Fighter 4.

Capcom has also released a 158-seconds trailer with regards to the upcoming anime. You might want to check it out yourself via Capcom’s official link here.

On another note, Capcom has also announced that they are currently working on a Dead Rising Live-Action movie. Everyone who owns a Xbox 360 would probably know of this famous zombie-busting game, and with Dead Rising 2 around the corner, a movie would hopefully boost the popularity of the Dead Rising series.

Dubbed as Osen Dead Rising, this particular live-action movie features around two brothers who tries to escape a zombie outbreak, something similar to the first game. Featuring a first person perspective throughout the movie, as well as bloodied and hole’d zombies, I can’t help but to laugh a little at how Dead Rising is being executed. Well, I guess Dead Rising is a funny game in a sense…
