Reanbell from the game.
With Twitter getting ever popular with the masses, it seems that be it games or publishing companies, Twitter will definitely be one of their platforms to carry game information as well as other little promotional goodies.
The upcoming game from publisher SEGA and developer tri-Ace, End of Eternity, have seemingly received the Twitter treatment as the three main characters of the game have appeared on Twitter as of now. While their profiles isn’t exactly info-filled as of the moment, fans of the upcoming game can follow all the characters to catch some information about the game itself, as well as the ramblings of the characters themselves.
Check out their twitter profile here:
Out of the 3 characters, one of them is a girl. Naturally, the girl (Reanbell) is currently the one with the most followers. All the updates done on Twitter are in Japanese, so it’s recommended that you have some Japanese knowledge before following the characters. However, that still doesn’t stop you from supporting the characters though, since I’m sure that they would be plenty happy with every single follower on their twitter.
End of Eternity’s twitter “promotion” is also joined by a massive update on their official website. You can check it out here.
With regards to the game itself, I’ve only seen some trailers of the game and it actually looks rather promising. A rarity for RPG games out there, End of Eternity’s weaponry seems to focus solely on guns only. However, it does brings out some question on how could a handgun deal so much damage to a friggin’ machine when you view the trailer. Guess it’s not good to question game physics at times.
End of Eternity will be arriving on the Xbox 360 and PS3 Winter 2009.
