Hey you! What’cha doing there?!

A 29 years old cop constable was arrested for trespassing and “Attempted” theft on Wednesday, where he was spotted fondling a pair of women underwear that were hung out on the first floor balcony of an apartment in the town of Ginan.

Motoyuki Tamaki, a constable at Inazawa Police Station and resident of Kakamigahara, Gifu, was accused of trespassing into private property at around 3pm on Wednesday. Apparently, he was saw touching the woman’s underwear by a man living with her and was called out by that guy, who was inside the apartment. Mr Motoyuki then fled from the scene while the man attempts to chase after him, but lost sight of him in the end.

The police was later notified and Mr Motoyuki was arrested in the neighborhood shortly. Mr Motoyuki was not working on that particular Wednesday, and as such, was most likely not in uniform. He admitted to entering the apartment grounds but just so to use the toilet on the first floor, but not to the claim of him trying to steal underwears.

In case you’re wondering, constable is the starting rank for all police officers. Still, all in all, this article is quite funny if you try to imagine it. XD
