Since the registration of “valkyria3.jp” on SEGA’s side, many believe that a Valkyria Chronicle 3 game is currently in the works. Well, considering the possibilities and similarities for the previous games, one is probably safe to assume that a Valkyria Chronicles 3 is indeed in the works.
However, the question is: when will the game be announced?
Another site, called code1935.jp, seems to have the answer for that. Upon visiting the site, you’ll probably realize that it must have something to do with Valkyria in some way or another. Called “Code 1935″, the site could be a reference to the year where the first Valkyria Chronicles game took place. Another giveaway about the nature of the game is probably the silhouettes which closely resembles to rocketlancers of the game. Oh wait, did I spot an “Alicia” in that signature near the logo?
This could mean that VC3 would not have anything to do with VC2, which was released sometime ago in Japan, and just a little less than two days ago in English.
With a “top secret — not to be opened till 9.16″ tag, that’s exactly the date where Tokyo Game Show starts. Valkyria Chronicles will probably be announced during TGS if everything goes right. No word about which console it will be going to, but hey, that’s what an announcement is for, right?
