Dead Space 2 Wants YOU For Dismemberment!

Look at the love!

Yes, that’s right. Dead Space 2 wants you, real badly too! Before you guys get funny idea regarding a necromorph doing some horrifying things to you, what Dead Space 2 wants from you are ideas that they can use in the upcoming game.

By now, majority of Dead Space players/fans should know that Dead Space 2 is well on it’s way, as the game has finally entered production not long ago. Like all budding developers, Visceral Games – developer for Dead Space — is now looking at the dismembering community for some ideas to use in the game.

So, if you’ve got any great ideas on robbing the pesky necromorphs of their limbs, or even getting rid of their torso once and for all, why not start working on your writing, drawing or even acting skills? The 30 chosen entries will be set up for a gory elimination tournament as the Dead Space community goes around voting for the best entry! If you happen to be the lucky winner to survive the elimination tournament, you can be assured that you won’t exist much longer as necromorphs will be out to dismember you in the game!

Well, obviously, this is some sort of promotion for Dead Space 2, so if you can excuse the ridiculous one-winner (there’s lots of ways to kill necromorph, really!) rule, you should probably have fun in this contest if you decide to enter it…

Bet this ones new! Have isaac grab the tube from his oxygen chamber and shove it in the necromorphs mouth. the necromorph bloats and eventually explodes. now i realize this shouldn’t be able to be done all the time. maybe only when your required to use your oxygen tank in the first place. a little variety is good.

A necromorph looking like a sort of hollowed crocodile tail sort of thing jumps on isaacs head, as it attaches its tentacles around his neck then consuming his head hit then crushes the skull killing Isaac!

A necro-whatever that acts as a sort of parasite, bug-size, dig into MC’s body and slowly consume him, change his body structures.

The MC will die by having blood ooze out of all his body openings, his skin will bulge, blood randomly bursting out of his skins and so on. Now, that would be fun and having a hard to hit enemy…!

On a side note, I just realize that it is “Ways to kill Necro”, and not “Ways to die”, but whatever XD

What if some necrodude grabs Isaac and he violently kicks it in the scrotum, grabs him and smacks its head really hard onto the closet object (wall or something) whilst shouting: That’ll teach ya! XD

It would display Isaac’s anger at the necromorph for it’s Marker to fool him that Nicole was still alive.

Also it would be nice if it became some kind of melee attack (smacking necromorhps into a wall XD) anyway it’s just an idea, maybe you want it maybe not, up yours to decide, but it could give off Isaac’s emotions towards the necromorphs quite good. (through the damn Marker his girlfriend got killed) ^^
