Eroge Developer CIRCUS Office Damaged By Fire

Da Capo might see delays in the future…

It is reported that a fire had broke out at the CIRCUS office, home of the eroge developer who had made several popular eroge series and most notably the Da Capo series.

The fire took place yesterday and it was confirmed that at least half the buildings which had housed the offices of CIRCUS had been damaged in the fire. The full extent of the damage is still being assessed and there are no confirmation on what has been damaged, and how the fire actually started.

CIRCUS has yet to make an official statement regarding the fire.

Having a fire destroying at least half of the CIRCUS works is pretty bad, seeing that CIRCUS had announced a whole line up of new animes, games and others earlier this month and the if the fire had destroyed some of these works, it would be a heck lot of time lost. Who knows when the staff members had started the work before they announced the projects…
