Fullmetal Alchemist has recently made their return with a new season, or rather re-run loaded with new content, titled Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.

The first disc volumes to be released will contains several goodies that fans will definitely enjoy, especially with an inclusion of an OVA!

Mōmoku no Renkinjutshi. that’s the title of the OVA, which briefly translates into “Blind Alchemist“. Those who are loyal fans of the manga will probably find it familiar as it is a side story which the author of FMA had drawn it for the Fullmetal Alchemist Guidebook.

The first discs will include 2 episodes from the television series. There’s also another version, called the Limited Initial Edition, which will contain “Hiromu Arakawa’s 4-Panel Theater”, which is a 4 panel gag manga about the casts of FMA.

Extras that are included in the box will feature an “Eye Catch Card”, illustrated with the commercial bumper artwork from the anime, as well as a 16 page Alchemist’s log that will talk about behind-the-scenes production process.

The first disc will be released as a DVD and Blu-ray format.

Blu-ray?! Does 3 episodes and some extras takes THAT much space?!
