Katawa Shoujo. A visual novel whereby its uniqueness is that all of the characters are disabled. Literally. The main hero, Hisao Nakai, finds himself in a disabled school one day due to a sudden awaking of a heart disease. At first, he finds it difficult to communicate with the other student, but eventually, he learn that everyone accepts each other one way or another.

Like any other school, there is bound to be conflicts. Shizune Hakamichi, class rep despite being deaf and mute, and Lilly Satou, blind since birth, have a seriously weird feud. However, their way of fighting is weird. Shizune, who cant hear or speak, can only show signs to her best friend, Misha, who intepreters to words. Lily, who cant see, cant really see the body language of Shizune.

Personally, I find the story a bit interesting but sometimes also quite scary due to the disabled portions of the girls.
