Kid Gets Reported Over Death Note Fandom

Oh, we wouldn’t have such troubles if Death Note’s about eating Swiss Rolls!

Sure, there’s a lot of people who loves series. Death Note is a good series, really good that it has been adapted into many different forms, such as live-action films, anime series and what not. However, loving a particular series doesn’t necessary mean that you’ll have to go “all out” on recreating the whole series in real life.

A 8th grader in Sydney has recently been found out that he was making a “Death Note” of his own. In that Death Note, it contains several people’s name that ranges from classmate’’s to faculty member’s names. Most interestingly though, is the fact that he had drawn up a “battle plan” of where bombs could be planted.

This is not the first time where kids have tried to emulate the power of which Light Yagami had held in the original Death Note series. Several events that spans across the global such as USA, Alabama and so on has happened.

Generally speaking, these small things about fake Death Note is nothing more than nuisance. However, when the kid does think about a battle plan where he could plant bombs… that’s a whole different case. And a dangerous one at that too. Not only that, it just gives more reasons for governments to ban series, claiming that they are dangerous as they influence one’s mind and all those stuff. China has banned the series simply based on that.

What action that is taken on the kid is yet to be announced, although it an expulsion is highly likely, since all the other similar cases around the world that revolves around these “fake Death Notes” have usually end up with the same ending…

lol, its banned cause parents are unable to tell there kids “Don’t watch this.” So simply to say, the gov is kissing the ass of parents by doing this.
