Pic unrelated, and sauce.

A Man was arrested on Friday for posting death threat against a popular Singer, Kumi Koda, who is a popular singer and is quite well-known in Japan.

Kumiko Koda, or also known as Kumi Koda is best known for her works that had been featured as themes for the video game, Final Fantasy X-2.

The man, Yosuke Nozaki who is aged 31 has been arrested on the charge of blackmail, and has since admitted to the allegations, saying that he intends to kill Koda, then himself. Police have also said that the man had used his mobile phone to post the death threat for at least 3 times on the blog of Koda’s record company on March 25.

The motive of the the planned “assassination” is still unknown, but it seems that the Nozaki had some thrills from it, since he had commented that Who knows what will happen if (Koda) is killed by someone with a knife at Kyoto Station” on one of the post that he had done.

Another post from Nozaki had stated that he will “assassinate” Koda on the Shinkansen platform of Kyoto Station. Shortly after the post has been published, the record company quickly contacted Shibuya Police.

This is not the first time such things have happened… do people get kicks from saying death threats and finally getting arrested for it?

Sometimes I just don’t understand how people think >_>.

They want to see the insides of a jail cell too badly, so they do things like that. Maybe.
