When we say Miniskirt Police, it doesn’t mean that the Police Forces in Japan has moved towards the preference of having Miniskirts for their female uniforms. Rather, there’s a J-Pop group called Minisuka Police, which is translated to Miniskirt Police.

Yukiko Hachisuka, 23, a singer in the J-Pop group had, apparently, nabbed a groper aboard a train this Tuesday. It was said that she had grabbed tightly on the hands of the man whom had sexually harrassed her to prevent his escape.

According to the police (yes, the real ones), Hachisuka was aboard the Odakyu line and was on her way home from work when she felt that someone was groping her. However, she waited for a good 10 minutes to make sure that it was really a groper. Just before the arrival of the next station, she quickly grabbed the hands of the groper and handed the groper to the station staffs.

The groper, Yoshiyuki Tamura, 43, had admitted to the charges. He was quoted saying that he had accidentally touched the rear of Hachisuka and he guess that he got carried away due to… excitement.

What the heck? Getting excitement from touching someone’s rears? What you think it is? Some manga scenario where you can get away from doing something like that?

But then again… someone did get away for about 200 times before getting caught… but still!
