Oh, we know how dedicated you are, Ken!
Everyone loves harems don’t they? I mean, it’s harem for god’s sake! All the girls in the world to yourself! Isn’t that the grandest life possible?
Whatever reference that this episode might have brought up, I probably didn’t catch them at all. Maybe I watch way too little stuff. Setting that aside, however, this episode has been a pretty good run.
We get introduced to the “mysterious” character that appeared at the end of the second episode, named Toudou Lilica, who happens to the president for the newsletter club in the school. It seems that she has been writing scandalous articles about the student council, and Kurumi definitely can’t let that slide right?
Short and flat, but we’ll still love you.
Unfortunately, Kurumi’s height and breast size aren’t enough to compare to the likes of Lilica, so it’s up to the rest of the student council to save the day!
Like the previous 2 episodes, this particular episode is loaded with fun as Sugisaki somehow finds himself in an awkward situation where an article of him “two-timing” is being revealed to the school. A special interview was conducted by Lilica after she was challenged by Chizuru (she just gets more and more evil with each episode) to “confirm” the facts of the newsletter club’s articles, and it seems that Lilica might have written those articles out of jealousy, since she was ranked 5 in the popularity contest which determined who gets to be in the student council (only the top 4 gets into the student council via popularity contest).
Love him or hate him, he’s an awesome person.
While Sugisaki can be extremely hentai at times, he is actually a pretty good person. When he was interviewed about the “two-timing rumour”, he actually said that it was true and that Lilica could write anything in the article as long as it’s about him and no one else. Talk about sacrifice!
I’m sure I heard “The Terminator” theme here…
And oh, I think there was a Terminator (yeah, that arnold film) reference at the above mentioned scene. I don’t know, one part of the SFX sounded quite similar to the Terminator’s theme… then again, it might probably just be me.
