No idea what it means, but judging from Kurumi’s face, it’s definitely something… elegant.

What can I say? Seitokai just gets more and more epic by the episode, and props to Studio DEEN to make awesome parody, such as… Strike Witches!

Our cute little moeblob Aka-chan decides that the Newspaper club has taken the newest… uh, news too far, and had decided that a light novel would be a good way to promote how awesome the Student Council is. Poor Sugisaki gets stuck with the job of creating the novel.

I’m pretty sure you guys can make out what’s whose fantasy is, right?

Since our dear student council is actually made up of 5 extremely distinct people, this brings about 5 different kind of stories that one could write when it comes down to the plot of the light novels. It’s pretty straight forward, if you ask me. Kurumi wants a “perfect student council” where she is the most respected president; Minatsu wants an extremely action and graphical (or somewhere along that line) while Mafuyu wants a boy’s love light novel; Chizuru wants a SM novel and Sugisaki? Oh, everyone knows how he is like! Perfect harem light novel, anyone?

Familiar enough?

Episode wasn’t bad, and the series just grows better and better with each episode. If anyone is still hating the series, I wouldn’t have much to argue about. I mean, this has just to be the best show of the season in terms of comedy! Nyan Koi! might be funny and all, but it’s still nowhere to the levels of Seitokai no Ichizon. Tell me, which anime (for this season, if you will) actually parodies Strike Witches?!

The whole video sequence is actually pretty nice. Kudos to Sugisaki!

Setting the parodies aside, laughter doesn’t necessary come from parodies alone. I mean, that light novel, animation and even a Seitokai RPG game was plenty laughter enough, and that promotional video that Sugisaki came up with? Man, it was classic. Come to think of it, did they play that video as a promotional video before the anime was aired? I can’t really remember.

Mafuyu looks like a character straight out of Hidamari Sketch here…

And in case you haven’t noticed… yes, Mafuyu is an extreme game addict despite her “mild mannered” looks. But we all love her for that, don’t we?
