The pres will forever be the pres, I guess!
What can I say? This episode is just choke full of swimsuits. Whole a good majority of the animes out there would treat their viewers with swimsuit at a beach as a summer episode, Seitokai no Ichizon decides to do the exactly the same, minus the beach.
Yes, everything’s still happening inside the student council room.
Sure, the student council room setting is a little bit of turn off when it comes to an episode that talks about summer, or more specifically, swimming suits, but the episode is still entertaining to say the least.
Not when you’re in the territory of Chizuru-sama!
While everyone else is wearing swimsuits, poor Sugisaki is either being blindfolded with some sort of electrical device that would shock him when he tries to remove the fold, or getting locked up in the locker. Being the only male in an otherwise all female student council is probably tough life for our poor Sugisaki.
What a sudden plot twist!
Despite being blindfolded and locked up, you gotta admire Sugisaki and his willpower. More than often during his ordeal he would tap into his male delusion powers and imagine the scene in front of him without actually seeing it. Interesting, I might want to pick up a few pointers from him!
However, it doesn’t always guarantee success, seeing that Mafuyu’s Boy Love novel has easily… well, depraved from his original train of thoughts. But hey, you gotta give it to Ken, ya know?
I don’t know what to make out of these scenes…
We also get introduced to another side of Chizuru… something less sinister as we know it. But regardless of how they might portray Chizuru as in this episode, my impression of her being an evil overlord will never change! Never!
Don’t you agree that Minatsu is a lot better with her hair down?
The highlight of the episode has just to be Minatsu though. We all know that she’s tsundere to some extent, and twin pigtails are extremely fitting for a tsundere, but have you seen Minatsu with her hair down at all? It’s cute I tell you, and it probably borders on the line of criminal. I think I can settle for Minatsu with her hair down anytime over any other characters in the series…
No. You were wrong. Ryuji made off with Minorin instead!
And oh yes, the parody of the episode just has to be this. Everyone knows where this comes from, right? RIGHT?
Just a heads up for anyone that is interested: Seitokai no Ichizon’s OP will be released this 11th November. The more I hear the OP for Seitokai no Ichizon, the more I’m in love with it. Not too far now, aren’t we?
