A 33-years old man was arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of groping females in trains. While gropers aren’t exactly a common sights (or incident), this particular groper seems to have a very interesting history that leads up to his “arrest”.

When we say arrest, people usually think of police handcuffing criminals and stuffs like that. Well, for this case, it’s partly true. However, this man have seemingly failed in his attempt to grope a 16 years old high school girl.

The suspect named Kiyoshi Mori, was riding the JR Yokohama line when he tried to grope a 16 years old high school girl. However, the girl notice Mori when he grabbed her buttocks and grabbed Mori’s hands tightly, virtually “arresting” Mori by simply not allowing him to escape. The girl held on until the train reached the next station, where Mori was briefly sent to the authorities.

Mori has a history that dates back all the to 2005, and has admitted that he had groped females for about 200 times. Mori had also confessed that he usually commit the crime on a casual and regular basis.

What puzzles people is the fact that Mori has easily given himself up when he had committed so many of the same crime. Couldn’t the other females done the same thing to Mori to prevent further incidents? Regardless of the case, the very fact that Mori hadn’t struggled is puzzling…
