Can’t wait to get your hands onto a beta copy of Starcraft 2? Now, Blizzard is offering the chance for you to participate in the beta.
It’s a pretty simple process, nothing difficult with regards to it. All you need to do is these:
- Head over to Battle.net. You’ll also need to register an account. If you’ve got a Battle.NET account, there’s no need for you to get another one. Check under Beta Profile Settings to Opt yourself in!
- You’ll need to run a plugin that will determine your computer specifications.
- ???
- Profit!
However, there is one catch. Those without a game on their account lists are apparently not entitled to any beta participation. I had almost given up on the beta sign up till I realized that I had Diablo 2…
Of course, this isn’t news for people that had already have opted in to the program… but it doesn’t hurt to try. It’s Starcraft 2! A game that people were waiting for more than a decade already!
