Strike Witches Season 2 Officially Confirmed!

The promotional picture that started it all!

After numerous delays, it looks like Strike Witches are finally getting the green light for the second season. Initially rumoured by an unconfirmed Japanese promotional image, the second season is now officially confirmed by publisher Kadokawa that Strike Witches 2 will be taking to the skies this summer.

Not much information asides from the summer date has been announced, but we can probably expect the same cast of characters and staffers for the second season. And of course, since the animating studio has been changed, we might see some different animation styles here and there. All in all though, should be good news for any Strike Witches fans out there!
