Tales of Vesperia Sequel “Is Being Considered”

A fan of Tales of Vesperia? You’ll be glad to know that a sequel of the Tales of Vesperia might just be coming soon in the near future.

During a developer discussion at Shinjuku, which was held to celebrate the theatrical release of Tales of Vesperia: The First Strike movie, Makoto Yoshizumi, the Namco Bandai general manager had said that there a desire within the company to create a sequel for Tales of Vesperia.

This is further said when the manager is usually hounded by his staffers, asking if that he would be creating a second Vesperia installment. Yoshizuimi would usually dismiss this question by replying, “don’t be a fan!”.  However, this clearly tells us that the company is indeed having some thoughts about creating a sequel for Tales of Vesperia as they had with Tales of Destiny 2.

Apparently, it’s not just games that are being considered for a sequel. Yoshizumi had also mentioned that the company had some thoughts about creating yet another sequel for the Tales of Vesperia movie. Kind of early, don’t you think?
