Keep your finger crossed though!

First off, before anyone gets excited over this piece of news, there’s one thing you should know: Bandai Namco has yet to make any official statement about a Western localized version of Tales of Vesperia, so a localized version is indeed unconfirmed!

But according to a German retailer — called Computeruniverse.net –, they are currently stocking up and taking pre-orders for the western localized version of Tales of Vesperia! This is further backed up by having a customer service representative responding that it is indeed the version for the PS3, not the already localized Xbox 360. It may seem possible, seeing that all Bandi Namco has to do is to give the new scripts to the English voice-actors of Tales of Vesperia , find another person to fit into the role of Patty and that’s about it. Wouldn’t take nearly as long as the original one would, so it’s still rather possible after all these time.

Of course, this is unconfirmed news, so there’s still a high possibility that the website is actually giving the wrong information. Who knows, for those who were feverishly wishing for an English Tales of Vesperia, it might be true after all!
